Mine shows:
$ ldconfig -p | grep libnl
libnl.so.1 (libc6,x86-64) => /usr/lib/libnl.so.1
libnl.so.1 (libc6) => /usr/lib32/libnl.so.1
libnl.so (libc6) => /usr/lib32/libnl.so
Perhaps you need to replace the 'libnl.so' symlink?
