Yes, you can, but also no, you can't.  The current Intel WiMAX stack is
composed of:

1) kernel driver
2) kernel WiMAX subsystem
3) userspace control daemon
4) userspace authentication supplicant

1 - 3 are open-source and thus can be built easily for ARM.  #4 is not
open-source, and is not built for ARM.  #4 is not even built for x86-64.
The supplicant is necessary to authenticate yourself to the WiMAX
network.  Intel has stated that they are working on an open-source
version of the binary-only supplicant, but they've been saying that for
more than 6 months now...
