You don't need to edit, just download the
home:inaky:pegatron-idf-2010.repo file into there. Become root and:

$ cd /etc/yum.repos.d
$ wget 
http://download.meego.com/live/home:/inaky:/pegatron-idf-2010/Fedora_13/home:inaky:pegatron-idf-2010.repo


then 'yum install wimax'
