Just curious !  Did you manage to make your USB key bootable ?

As an experiment, I just made a 256Mb Compact flash card bootable.  It 
took a bit of messing around in the bios.  I used "Boot from USB" as 
the first option.  No way would it boot if it was the second one !!  
Jumps straight to the hard disk unless there is a floppy in the 
drive.
