When you "lock" the form, can't you decide what is allowed?
Jimmy A. Hughes The Home Inspector [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://home.earthlink.net/~homeinspector/ Once I lock the sheet I was unable to copy and paste a picture (free hand signature) into it as it said it I can't paste in a drawing as it isn't text or any of the few other options I could have made that input box. Jerry. << I built some forms using Word, is there any way that I can allow the user of >these forms to write free hand on them, for example sign their names. I can >do the writing within other documents using the tool within Word but not >on to my locked form, not even copying and pasting works. If you use the forms as templates there shouldn't be any reason why you can't copy & paste or whatever you want. >> -- ---------------------------------------- ALL messages to the list MUST include a descriptive subject.
