Actually it would be a neat trick. Just hit the hot-key combo and keep on reading. When your friends start freaking about the screen being upsidedown, tell them they need to get their eyes examined, since you (actually your screen reader) can read the screen perfectly well. <VBG> [Hopefully they will not know that the screen orientation only disorients them, but does not affect your screen reader. :) ]
