I was going to do Novell Netware until I heard about Samba running on Unix. It's rock steady, and doesn't cost anything. It took a bit of studying to figure out how to get everything going. In order not to have reinvent the wheel everytime I put together a server, I compiled a step-by-step cheat sheet. Grab an old desktop to test this on--you'll likely be up and running fairly quickly: http://www.US-Webmasters.com/FreeBSD/Install/Samba/ Start Here to Find It Fast! -> http://www.US-Webmasters.com/best-start-page/ $8.77 Domain Names -> http://domains.us-webmasters.com/ -- ---------------------------------------- ALL messages to the list MUST include a descriptive subject. To Change your email Address for this list, send the following message: CHANGE WIN-HOME your_old_address your_new_address to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Note carefully that both old and new addresses are required.
