In Eudora, a filter can be:
Header: To: Doesn't contain: [your email address] or Header: Cc: Doesn't contain: [your email address]
OE doesn't have a "Doesn't contain" condition, which is why I asked if it is possible in K9.
It's not foolproof though, because a legit email could have the recipient list suppressed on either the To: or the Cc: fields. Don't bother trying to filter on Bcc, because it doesn't exist. And as others have mentioned, what you see in the message header isn't necessarily what is in the message SMTP envelope.
