Thanks for all of the suggestions. I tried all of them several times. But
eventually got it to behave after disconnecting it from the computer &
restarting it several times.
I am really disappointed in HP's KB. It has got the be the lamest. I have yet
to find a solution to ANY HP problem in that KB. When searching I get
everything but what I'm looking for. Then when I Google with the same search
terms, I will find the problem fairly quickly. They must be taking lessons from
MS. Has anyone else ever found HP KB any help???
Thanks again for all of the great suggestions!!!
