What would someone be doing to need to be closer that a minute (or two) a day?

I'm happy with +/- 25 second accuracy, but I hate it when the nearest minute time is wrong. Also annoying to me is when emails show a 'received' time that is a few minutes earlier than the 'sent' time.

(Not counting my set-top VCR which will cut off the beginning or end of a show
if my local "designated time channel" sets their station clock wrong...)

My DirecTV TiVo takes care of that, although sometimes stations will start
a show a few minutes late, causing the last few minutes of that show to not be recorded. :-(
