Subject: OE-6 Setup a group

Is there a limit on the number on names for a group being set up?

If anyone knows any limits of OE-6 why not list them all?

For me, my Outlook Express Store Folder (the folder in which all of my email is stored) is over 2 Gigabytes. I have kept selected mail from at least as far back as 1997. I have 1096 email folders there. It is a data library. I can go back and look up letters posted to the Win95-L List.

Outlook Express has served me faithfully for many years. The only complaint I have is it has never been easy to totally back up Outlook Express including the Message Rules. Microsoft should have included this feature. Instead, I bought third party software for this, Outlook Express Backup Wizard http://www.outlook-express-backup.com/

Speaking of backing up and restoring, seldom is the restored version exactly the same as the application at the time you backed it up. Somehow things get changed and some things get left out. I feel this applies to most applications.

Back to those limits. Is there some ceiling on how much data Outlook Express can efficiently manage in its Store Folder? Will it get messy when I surpass 10 GB? It has taken over 7 years for me to select and save enough email to make up the 2 GB in there now.

Chuck
