It should be launching your default email program, but then again I am using
Outlook and OE(and they do not have to be running for this to happen).

That's what I thought, but absolutely nothing happens when I do this.

There's no place to enter an email address.

I was wondering what might be wrong with me, but now I wonder what can be
wrong
with my computer.
