It's a feature of winxp - i thought it only worked with office 2003, but I
could be wrong.

I know how to attach images/files, but just noticed this apparent malfunction.
On my wife's computer it brings up a "profile" dialog box, but she hasn't
gotten that worked out either <smile>.
