Hmmm. Thank you for your input. I believe that some may have missed part of this thread. I made the changes discussed earlier and it is working fine now.

In which case shouldn't the Primary and Secondary DNS addresses be filled in automatically. And if the router, assuming NATing, is set to assign IP's via its own DNS, then a Private, start and end address range would have to be entered somewhere. If this is done then any machine on the LAN should be automatically assigned an IP from within that range. -- Best Regards: Derrick.
