Make sure you have the right settings in IE. Look under Tools>Internet
Options>Advanced>Multimedia.. Make sure you have a tick mark in Play sounds
in webpages.

Subject: Hard/ sound

I've been messing around with sound, first I thought it was Firefox, then I
tried to open this in IE. I can't get sound. I can get sound if someone
sends me an email with embedded sound. Running 2000 pro here with stereo
speakers. I've been into control panel, sounds and media. Everything is
supposed to be on, and I can get sound on some things. Any ideas, anyone?
