Thanks, Marc .. I guess I was wondering if they might somehow become hidden file segments that would require some special trick to locate. I regularly check the Windows\Temp directory and clear it of hundreds of 0KB wbk ....tmp files because they gum up Outlook Express. I also checked Windows/Temporary Internet Files. I don't have Settings\User .. think that those are on networked systems and this is standalone at home.
