Over on my side of the state I turn all of mine (EXCEPT Canon brand) in at
Staples. They exchange a ream of Staples brand copier paper (works fine in
my HP Photosmart 7350 printer) for each cartridge turned in, one per visit.
I turn mine in at the Colonial Heights, VA Staples, but assume it is
nationwide.

Subject: [WINHOME] What to do with used inkjet cartridges

Is there anything reasonable to do with spent inkjet cartridges? We have
an Epson [one of the new ones that takes that fancy-ink] and I have a
couple of empty carts. I checked OfficeMax and they said that they
_used_ to take the carts back and recycle them but don't any more, and
said I should probably just toss them... That's fine by me [since they
are of essentially no use to me], but I just wanted to find out if there
might be something less-useless to do with them.. thanks!
