Put a shortcut in the system32-folder, suitably renamed. I start lots of programs using run (win-key+r) then something short and easy like xl for excel, w for word, wp for wordperfect etc etc. Fast and smooth.
BUT he doesn't need to create a shortcut or a path any where and it still RUNS from Start/Run.
