It's rather a large download, and I gave it a shot because I have broadband.

 I notice nothing "earth-shaking", because my WIN 98SE and IE6 are fully
updated with the latest that M$ has to provide.
However, it is still very stable and maybe a wee bit quicker off the block!!

However, I think that A C has put in one or tweaks from ME and 2000 -
different icons, scandisk, defrag, background colours, etc.
Nice, and you can always uninstall it, which is a good feature.
