Correct, that fixes it - and I think 2005 sets it up that way. Older versions
didn't and people could go for months not knowing it wasn't updating.

The LiveUpdate runs through a Task Scheduler entry doesn't it? You can just
set that task to run as an Admin and that should solve the problem.
