I don't think so.. I don't have X-Setup installed on that computer and I
just checked and TweakUI doesn't seem to be able to do that... is there
some registry key that affects that?

I guess there must be something in the registry, then, that tells the 
system that [I can't imagine that those three extensions are compiled 
into the system..:o)]...  I'll see if I can find it...
