I keep having to remind my wife of this whenever she gives me
pictures to add to her scout troop's website. She takes them at
highest quality with the digital camera, or scans printed photos at
highest quality, resulting in files that are sometimes several
megabytes. She forgets that not everyone in the troop has broadband.
