I use MS firewall, how do I view the logs?

Think your message might be from your Broadband Router or ISP software?
My Router "M2 light" goes out... (No message "on-screen").
Did your ISP REQUIRE you to install connection software, or are you using
"pure" MS stuff to connect... (Mine is "pure"...)

If you had a screen shot of the message, that might be worth a thousand
words... (Even just the "look and feel" might help...)

I have DSL too, and I "can" be connected "always", but limit the router to 3
minutes of inactivity... (I don't know what the DSL modem thinks about my
"always on" status since I can't see it through the Router unless my
settings are "wrong"...) I log on to the DSL with the Router, (it controls
the actual computer connection and PPoE log-in.) As far as my Modem is
concerned, it needs the "sync" light on "always", so technically I guess you
"might say" I am always connected...
(Even if my computer is not...)

My only other thought (at the moment) is to check your firewall logs, (or
real-time recent allowed connections list, if you have one), to see where it
recently went to help figure out where that message might be "coming back"
from...

The interesting thing is that wherever this message is coming from, that may
be the very FIRST time they referred to themselves as a portal, so do not
dwell on that single word too much...
