On a Dell RT7D00 and other 102+ multifunction KBs the Alt keys are both left
and right of the
spacebar followed by the Windows keys and the control keys inside the lower
left and right edge corners
of the main KB panel. The exception is that on the right there's a popup-menu
key between the window and
control keys. ;)

I can get it to work in OL2k2 & OL2k3 so maybe it was a bug in OL2k. Maybe
our illustrious mistress of Microsoft Office Systems Outlook can shed
some more light onto the situation.

OBTW Ben some say that the key between the left Ctrl & left Alt key is the
Shaft key but one thing is for certain I would never say such a thing. ;-)
