Another bone-head question...
I'm having a problem being mis-quoted on another tech support list.
(That is the reason for asking...)
I send text formatted messages, (no HTML), and use
MS OutLook Express.
What is the best encoding to use?
(I have been using Mime: None...)
This one person sends stuff back with the following headers:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
That combination seems to screw thing up... When I try
to re-reply to them, nothing-- >> --gets added...
I know I can't change other users unless they think it is in their
best interests, but am I set "as good as it gets"?
