Same is true on the road. Drive the speed limit on a
highway and see what percentage of the cars pass you. But
does that mean that the cops shouldn't ticket you if you
happen to be breaking the law at the wrong time and the
wrong place?

How are they going to enforce this new ruling? How vigilant
will they be?

Don't you have a DVD player, movies "on demand" via your
cable or satellite?

I think that almost all of the politicians on the national
level are smart enough (with perhaps one very visible
exception!) but they don't because it's not in their best
interests. And on the state and local levels??? Don't get
me started! Especially where I live. :-)
