Immediately after the last election there were reports of Americans
leaving for Canada or planning to do so. Could be a knee jerking
reaction. But even prior to Mr Bush's re-election there is a large
contingent of Americans living in Canada. The number of ex-pats is
significant enough that last year Kerry's sister was up here
campaigning on his behalf.
