On DLS, but the other person on the network isn't having any trouble. Eudora basically is fine -- once in a while it's slow, but now I think that's just the mail server. Eudora seems OK no matter what is going on with the browser.

What I'm getting at is that Eve said even Eudora is sometimes slow.

If you're on the same local DNS hub of someone that opened a movie download site.
Even with DNS, there is just so much bandwidth to share.
