Email Error

Too often when I send an email, I get a Mailer Daemon message saying that 
it could not be delivered for the following reason:

Unable to switch to /nonexistent: file does not exist. (#4.3.0)
This is a recent development. I have used Eudora for years and the mail 
server is I believe Rogers/Yahoo.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I am running WinXP Pro on a P4 2.8 Ghz
