I know what you mean. As part of troubleshooting an odd video problem,
I switched a very small video card into my wife's machine. (4M??)...
It works fine for her and the problem did not go away.
(It seems more related to the NorthBridge chipset being slightly heat
sensitive.)
I have to correct my previous statement. I have only been using integrated
MB video for 1 1/2 years, not 3 years.
