It seems to be part of the "Dell Direct Support" package (at
least in the case below).

More AUBrowse info
The AUBrowse window just did it's pop-up thing. I opened the
Task Manager window and right clicked on AUBrowse in the list
and selected "Go To Process". It gave me a file named
DSBrws.exe. When I closed the AUBrowse window, DSBrws.exe left
the Process list.
I did a search to find out where this was in my computer and
came up with 2 finds:
C:\Program Files\Dell Support\DSBrws.exe Size:278KB
Type:Application Date Modified:8/3/2004 (this is when I
purchased my Dell Inspiron 9100)
C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch\DSBRWS.exe-070367AA.pf size:67KB Type:PF
File Date Modified:7/1/2005 (last date the AUBrowse window
poped-up - today)
Thinking this might have some lagitimate reason to be on my
Dell, I clicked on my Dell Support icon in the tray and
selected Security. The window went blank, but it did have a
label of "Check Now" with the Dell icon in the tray. I opened
the Task Manager again and right clicked "Check Now" and
selected "Go To Process" - - - it gave me the same file name:
DSBwrs.exe. I selected "End Task" and the blank window closed.
