I have been trying 2 days now
I can't get there either. Did you try to do a trace route to see if the
problem is some where in between you & they versus the site being down ?
The server is alive, since you can ping it and traceroute to it, but
it's not responding on port 80, so its web server service is down.
Somebody needs to restart it.
