It's the new buzzword for knowledge workers... aka office workers. :)  
(although the information worker encompasses a lot more than just a typical 
'office worker' - it's anyone who uses or processes information.) 

The average user likes (and uses) the context menus. They don't want to use 
command lines - they want graphical UI.

Yes it does but the point I was trying to make is that the nix utilities 
zip & unzip are not only free but also run from the command line. I could 
add they're much smaller too but these days file size doesn't seem all that 
important as it use to be when HD's cost $5k for a 10meggers. ;-)
