oops, It should have been the City of Quebec, Quebec, Canada.
I should have realized the further north (or south) of the
Equator one goes the bigger the difference in day/night hours.
After all, the North (and South) Pole has a period of almost 24
hr days and 6 mo. later almost 24 hr nights. :)
