I'm not a Eudora user, but I'm sure that this is *NOT* the case. It is configurable, and you can tell Eudora not to download attachments larger than a particular size but I'm pretty sure the default config is "download everything". > Is it true that Outhouse is always better in this regard? You haven't exactly said what your problem is. ISPs generally have two limits [which they may or may not be willing to tell you about]. The first is on their SMTP server and determines the maximum size message the ISP will accept at all. The second is a per-user limit on the maximum allowed size of a user's mailbox [that is, the sum total sizes of all messages you have stored on the server, read or not]. But in both cases, you should never get a partial message: either the ISP accepts [resp, delivers] the message or else it generates an appropriate NDR to the sender. /Bernie\ -- Bernie Cosell Fantasy Farm Fibers mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Pearisburg, VA --> Too many people, too few sheep <-- -- ---------------------------------------- To Change your email Address for this list, send the following message: CHANGE WIN-HOME your_old_address your_new_address to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Note carefully that both old and new addresses are required.
