I have a full tower case on the floor next to my left leg. If there were
ports on the top I would have to drill a few holes in my desk top to access
them! Or pull the case out to access them which defeats the object of
having the case tucked away under the desk where my printers are hidden
from view but very handy to get to. Front mounted card reader and USB port
is handy as is the 2 x CD/DVD units in the top 2 bays.

A normal tower case would do me but the height is just right to reach the
DVD drives and a slight lean to the left allows easy access to the card
readers and USB without lugging the cast out - even though it has wheels!
