Aloha Bob,

All three accounts are using the same DPI; 1280 X 1024. That's the
laptop screens 'native' resolution. It's what I prefer - that and large
fonts.

[Oh, I know where all those things are; I've checked them and checked
them, over and over again.]

However...

After checking my settings for the 'umpteenth' time I finally noticed
two of my settings for the account with large tray icons were different:

On the 'Display Settings Appearnce' tab I had 'Wndows and buttons' set
to 'Windows Classic style'

And 'Font size' set to 'Extra large fonts'.

I changed these to 'Windows XP style' and 'Large fonts' and now all
three accounts have identical small tray icons...

Success!!!

Mahalo for all the suggestions, guys!

Have a wonderful day!

Aloha, a hui hou...
