BTW that looks like a shortcut or link that is using the long
file name, but is not quoting the path. So the path is getting
truncated at C:\Program instead of pointing to "C:\Program
Files\Something or Other". That is probably what you would be
looking for among the startup items. Then delete or repair
depending on whether it is needed or not.
