I love telephone brainstorming. Over the years I have accumulated 9 phone
numbers from technicians all over the U.S. Now that I have unlimited long
distance all over the U.S. I brainstorm with other technicians occasionally.
Any of the 9 I know could tell you I am not a pest.
Contrary to what some have thought, I do not do business outside of my shop.
I personally swipe every credit card I process. A local wheeler dealer wants
me to work with him on a deal where my computers get shipped. I told him,
"You buy them like any customer and make them your computers.You own them.
You ship them. If you personally bring one back for warranty service, you
are just another customer to me. My company sticker does not go on computers
bought for resale."
