I'm trying to get a handle on how users open their files. So which do you
think is more common?
1) open the application and use File > Open (or File > most recent )
2) click on an icon on the desktop or in a desktop folder
3) click on a filename in a file manager program
4) other (please specify)
Not sure what you're saying, Jeff. My 3 is Explorer; is that what you meant?
And what do you mean by "Programs Menu"?
