I did a quick Google search on the following.
System Model K7S41GX
http://www.asrock.com/product/product_k7s41gx.htm
Is that your MB model number?
I have several (different) MBs with model numbers that
are similar to each other, but "take" different CPUs.
Sometimes the exact revision of a MB will determine
the highest CPU it will take...
If this is your MB, it seems you have a choice of LOTS
of different CPUs:
CPUSocket 462 , supporting AMD SempronT , Athlon,
Athlon XP, Duron FSB 333/266/200 MHz
Disclaimer: Someone should physically inspect the MB to ID
it exactly before anything is ordered.
If you don't get what you had before, sometimes jumpers need
to be changed. (I did not look since I am not sure this is the
correct MB yet...)
What software did you use to generate the original report?
(Some use BIOS calls to find stuff, and I have always
had a hard time with my BIOS because parts of it lie...)
Sorry if this is a late reply. I'm getting some "odd"
sent and received time stamps...

Doesn't mean you can't get a new CPU, just because the Motherboard is
