While MSFT provided the correct info in the lines just above the link they provided incorrect info within the link itself & that can be confusing.

He's got bigger problems if he can't even run the correct version. I wish he'd tell us why he reformatted. If due to viruses then he needs to know some viruses reside in memory &/or the boot sector & a reformat will NOT fix those. This is exactly why I shutter every time some one tells me that they've reformatted because of too many bugs. They should at least track down each bug as to it's type of nefarious infestation & read up on it's eradication techniques.
