A tiny bit off on a tangent but don't use the Alternate Configuration
for a wireless card. I use to do that with the configuration being
manually set for my home network so I could leave the primary
configuration set at automatic for when I was travelling but the
wireless doesn't always fall back to the Alt. Config like it's
suppose to. To show you how things have changed there are now 3
other wireless networks available from my home. 1 is a wireless ISP,
1 is a secured connection & the other one is wide open with no
encryption & no defaults changed at all & I can remember when I had
the only wireless device or service in the area a couple of yrs ago.
