The problem was that when my friends wife typed a letter she got the author
as Ross Taylor when she is Katie Bird.

I told them that is an issue with Office and not the Windoze registry but
he has decided to scan the registry and change any instances of Ross Taylor
to Katie.

Rather him than me and I would probably reformat and reinstall my own stuff
rather than use the original as you never know what's been installed and
not completely removed etc.
