Windows 98 -- all upgrades are installed. When IE 6.0 opens it goes to the
toolbar and then has to be restored and then Maximised. This is on a Pent. 3,
128 meg Ram. All other programs open normally. This is the only info I have.
Any suggestions -- other than replacing 98? :>})>
