Beats me -- you should ask Pete, but I think it was Quicken.

And with Quicken, you can set up a 'repeating payment' that, similarly, 
just goes forever.  I have no idea what situation Pete was referring to 
where he needs to send the request over again..

You could try alt.comp.software.financial.quicken.  *Lots* of quicken 
experts hang out there and that'd surely be the most effective place for 
you to find help...
