Sorry if I missed the fact you moved stuff around...
(I came into this late, and from one particular reply...)
I based my answer on the default installation type
and what you would see if nothing was moved...
I ASS-U-MEd that when you said XP put it there.... (ETC.)
Then everyone missed it especially in light of the fact this was written

It's so sad to see such a young person cleaves to an idea that is so
incorrect but it's yet another thing that person to insist that they
are correct when it's only been pointed out several times that they
are not. These kinds of comments I'd expect to see from a nOOb such
as the time my S-I-L told me that she built an AMD Celeron system.
It's no wonder support people treat everyone that calls in as idiots.
I know I don't care to be treated as an idiot on those rare times
that I have to call in to tech support. Click Start then click run
then click Cmd then ........... Oh plaaaaaaaease talk to me like a
person & not a stupid machine.

That's because what actually happens is the folder is deleted &
recreated. I'm glad a valid point was raised somewhere in this thread
even tho it was to cover up an obvious error.
