All flash media are safe from x-ray machines and there's no evidence that
they harm or cause damage to data, digital camera or other digital media.
Yes of course you'll have to place your keys into the cup or bin with all
lose valuables a per DOH or DOH! as Homer Simpson would express himself of
course. Dept. of Homeland Security would simply be spelled DOH! to me
because they still seem to can't get anything right. What do you get when
you have the CIA+FBI+DEA+FEMA?

Subject: flash devices and airport detectors

Hello all,
I'm flying this weekend for the first time in a couple of years and the
first time with any of my flash media.
Is flash media safe from the power of the x-ray or do I need to put it in
the cup with my keys and change?
 Thanks,
David
