Speed readers "scan" whole lines instead of whole words. The
entire concept is fascinating. :)
When I was young [and easily bored :) ], I started to "read"
books upside down. After a while, the challenge was to "read"
books using a mirror. Now, it's easy to read things from the
"wrong" side of the desk. <VBG>
