Well, it is caused by the eBay toolbar!! This certainly didn't do this at
one time, so I'm attempting to get an answer from eBay to find out what has
changed in recent months. For some reason, which I cannot understand the
need of, the toolbar changes the EnableAutodial key to 0 and then back to 1
when it does its various operations. Only sometimes it leaves it at 0.
If eBay don't help, is there a way of locking this key so that it cannot be
changed by an application? There is no requirement on my PC for the change
to ever occur.
